Project management Application
A few months ago,I set out to invent a new way for working professionals to manage their daily taks with one metaphor: Sync
"Sync" embodies the profound philosophy of harmonious convergence, It symbolizes the unity of purpose and the orchestration of efforts among diverse individuals, allowing them to resonate in synchrony towards a common goal.
The name perfectly summarises how I wanted the experience to feel.I wanted to create something that users could move through without friction and enjoy a seamless work day.

⚡️ Challenge: How can we make the lives of corporate employees simpler?
The so-called “digital transformation” of the workplace, fueled by a plethora of mobile and desktop apps, may be doing more harm than
The average business worker uses 9.4(~9) different applications for daily work. Every time they have to switch apps, they’re spending valuable mental energy on adjusting to a new context. Add this stress to the fact that many employees have no say in which apps and devices they use to do their work, and you have a fast track to burnout.

For people like me with limited executive function and cognitive load,it is a nightmare to be exposed to the overwhelming flood of sensory information and frequent context switching takes a toll.
Not only does this cause burnout it’s also taxing for people and a waste of time, effort, and focus.
The so-called “digital transformation” of the workplace, fueled by a plethora of mobile and desktop apps, may be doing more harm than good for the average knowledge worker.
Survey found that 351 out of 881 respondents, or 40%, said it took more than five minutes to find an early draft of a project they worked on. And, 120 (14%) said it took much longer than that.
The common problem which is also often observed is the challenge of having project files scattered across different places like emails, messaging platforms, and software cloud storage. This lack of synchronisation motivated me to address this issue and come up with a solution.
What if there was an effective way to manage projects?

03 / Understanding existing solutions
Competitive Benchmarking
To understand how project management is currently being addressed, I looked at our direct and indirect competitors. None of them address the all our problem statements. I tried to analyse competitive tools closely and tried to figure out what they were lacking and what unique features can be introduced in our solution.

Interface Design
I developed a holistic solution that streamlined workflow efficiency and enhanced user experience. Recognizing the need for enhanced task organization and collaboration, the designer implemented a visually intuitive dashboard that allowed users to seamlessly create, assign, and monitor tasks.
