As we progressed in the project, We saw an opportunity to help the client with additional features along with the dashboard which helped them in making data driven decisions in building budget cases and scenarios for their engagements.
We discovered that they currently lack the means to accurately predict how changes in variables such as resource costs, material expenses and inflation rates will impact project budgets. Without a systematic approach, they were unable to assess potential financial risks, budget overruns, missed opportunities, and project delays.
For people like me with limited executive function and cognitive load,it is a nightmare to be exposed to the overwhelming flood of sensory information and frequent context switching takes a toll.

AI creates Price Scenarios
We used AI to automate unnecessary manual work of creation and calculation of optimum price cases.
The inbuilt AI would curate multiple scenarios with different permutations of resource allocations (by grade, designation or no of hours allocated) and foreseen expenses, It then suggests the optimum scenario which suits the project's budget the best and ranks all other scenarios.
This led to maximise efficiency and productivity.
This also aids in pinpointing areas where resources might be needed, subsequently contributing to resource management

The system allows users to easily add expenses and anticipate an upper limit for potential costs.
Compare Price Cases
While the AI suggests the optimum Price Case,The user still has the choice to draw a comparison between each scenario and make an informed decision.
